I can’t view the LIVE@FIVE episodes.
The LIVE ON DEMAND episode is the most recent episode and is streamed directly into the LIVE ON DEMAND player, click the link to the LIVE ON DEMAND player from the menu to load this. The most recent learning aid is also here for you to download. This episode will move to the catch up player shortly after its been streamed. Please check our terms of use for advice surrounding internet connection and bandwidth.
I have missed the LIVE@FIVE episode, can I still watch?
This episode will move to the catch up player shortly after its been streamed. Every episode will be available for 30 days form the date it was streamed before it disappears.
I want to stop watching how do I cancel my subscription.
You can cancel pay monthly at any time. You can still access the player up until your next bill date. You are unable to collect a refund for unused content, please see our terms of use for further details.
